Nathalie Bennett is an AEA and SAG-AFTRA actress who is a native of Oakland, California. As a youngster, Nathalie studied and performed violin for ten years. She performed on stage as an actress for the first time at age eight, and never looked back. After graduation from UCLA, she studied film in the Cinema-Television production program at USC.
Since then, Ms. Bennett has performed in a number of notable stage roles, including three solo shows: A Shadow in the Clouds – The Bessie Coleman Story; Yesterday Came Too Soon - The Dorothy Dandridge Story; and Tituba, which toured in Berkeley, San Diego, the Virgin Islands, and New York. Other stage roles include the title role in Toypurina at the San Gabriel Mission Playhouse, leads in A Raisin the Sun, The Piano Lesson, Steal Away, The Girls of Summer, and others.
After performing in Netflix film production Rebirth, Nathalie returned to the stage and was nominated for "Best Principal Actress" by the San Francisco Theatre Critics Cirlce for her role as "Camae" in The Mountaintop.
Nathalie is a consummate NBA fan and fantasy league player, an avid reader (so many books, so little time!), and a superlative ping pong player. She is also an aficionado of both Chicago and New York style pizzas, and between pizzas she is teaching herself how to play the guitar.
She has a rambunctious Yorkshire terrier, a gorgeous Siamese, and three show-stopping Ragdolls, whom she loves dearly.
